The Exe Valley around Tiverton is a wonderful place for a holiday at any time of year. From the delicate greens of spring to the vivid Autumn colours, the countryside on and around the farm is always beautiful. Our farmhouse is one of the largest thatched buildings in the area and is also a scheduled building. It is unique in being built around a courtyard garden , unlike most Devon longhouses. |

The farmhouse has spacious warm and comfortable bedrooms with bathroom en suite' a lounge with views over the farm and down the valley, glowing log fires on colder evenings and colour TV. There is central heating throughout. Delicious fresh cooking using local produce, especially prize winning cheeses and cream. |

In the lounge - relax in the sun room watching the cows coming in or going our from milking, after dinner watch the wildlife playing the meadow and stunning sunsets. On cooler evenings sit by the roaring log fire and watch television. | ||
| Our dining room overlooks the orchard where you can see rabbits feeding and playing, the occasional deer walk through and count the numerous variety of birds visiting. |  |
